Clayton Nearn is an Associate Broker with the Capital Markets team at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors. Clayton’s practice focuses on investment sales, working with owners and investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate. He assists clients and the Capital Markets team through financial analysis, underwriting, market research, and the positioning of investment opportunities.

Clayton graduated from the University of Mississippi in May 2026 with a degree in Real Estate and minors in Finance and Entrepreneurship. Following graduation, he immediately continued his commercial real estate education through the CCIM Institute and ARGUS Enterprise training. His continued education has focused on investment analysis, market analysis, financial modeling, and the underwriting of commercial real estate investments.

Born and raised in Memphis, Clayton has a strong connection to the market and the people within it. He enjoys building relationships with owners, investors, and other professionals throughout the commercial real estate industry. As he continues to grow his career, Clayton is focused on combining strong financial analysis with an understanding of each client’s individual investment goals.
