Ryan Thomas is a Senior Vice President who co-leads the Investment Sales Team at Cushman & Wakefield | Commercial Advisors. With more than a decade of experience in commercial real estate, Ryan specializes in investment sales across U.S. and international markets, partnering with institutional and private capital investors to define, pursue, and achieve their real estate objectives through proactive, process-driven strategies and best-in-class marketing.
 
Before joining CWCA, Ryan managed Fortune 500 corporate accounts, including FedEx, during a seven-year tenure as a Vice President at Fischer. His analytical foundation traces back to feasibility and market research at ProMatura Group. A global perspective runs through his career: Ryan spent formative childhood years in Hong Kong and studied International Business at Dickinson College, completing semesters abroad in Seoul and Malaga, Spain. That international fluency shapes how he advises clients pursuing opportunities beyond a single market.
 
Ryan grew up in Carlisle, Pennsylvania and now calls the Memphis area home.
