Katie Hargett is the Brokerage Specialist for the Investment Sales team at Cushman Wakefield | Commercial Advisors. The team focuses on Investment Sales for Industrial, Office, Retail, and Multi-Family products in the Real Estate Capital Markets, working with investors to discover and form their investment goals and implement plans to achieve those goals. Katie handles all things operations for the Investment Sales team and throughout each transaction, from running point on preparation of offering memorandums, to building deal vaults, to managing due diligence and closing logistics throughout the deal.

Prior to joining Cushman Wakefield |Commercial Advisors, Katie worked in Human Resources and operations in the financial services industry. Her attention to detail and love of client interaction are critical to the overall success of the Capital Markets team.
