


Landon Williams is a Executive Vice President of Investment Sales at Cushman Wakefield | Commercial Advisors. Landon’s practice at CW|CA focuses on Investment Sales for Industrial, Office, and Retail products in the Real Estate Capital Markets. Landon works with investors to discover and form their investment goals and implement a plan to achieve those goals.

Prior to joining CW|CA, Landon worked as a sports agent, representing professional athletes and coaches. His extensive and sophisticated negotiation experience includes Matt Cain’s 2012 $127.5M contract, the largest contract in MLB history for a right-handed pitcher at that time. His proven track record negotiating large-dollar, high-profile contracts translates well into arranging complex real estate transactions for CW|CA’s clients.

Landon was born and raised in Memphis. Landon, his wife Nicole, his daughter Vivienne, and his son Everett are active members at Grace Valley Church.
